Strenghts & Sales

It Is A program for the development of sales skills by enhancing the specific talents of each sales professional. In an experiential way, Experientially, each participant will learn about their dominant talents to put them at the service of their sales objectives, having the opportunity to incorporate the learning throughout the Program.

At the same time, the Program provides specific keys in order to help the seller to overcome the obstacles they find when selling (methodology based on the “Inner Game”).

Golf & Tenis Discovery Program

Program designed to promote sport as a source of countless benefits for the worker that are reflected in a better quality of life and higher productivity.

During a weekend the employees will have the opportunity to approach the world of sport in a different way:

Sessions in the room to know what limits us when carrying out a sport activity combined with practice in tennis court or golf practice field.

Using the Natural Learning methodology (“Inner Game”), the experience will be very satisfying and fun.

Mentoring

The Mentor makes available to the organization its valuable experience within the company.

Trained in coaching skills, the mentor will be able to perform internal mentoring processes with employees from different areas, contributing to their personal and professional growth by setting specific goals for the process.

The keys to success are the election of mentors and minds, the continuing training of mentors and the detailed supervision of the entire program in its different phases.

It Incorporates a session in a sporting environment (tennis or golf) where the coach will be able to consolidate the learning process in addition to acquiring new perspectivs.
